Booths are secured with a deposit, and we will tailor a package around your group and your budget.

• Every general admission ticket includes one standard drink.
• Ticket prices rise at each release. Book early for the best price.
• Booth bookings require a deposit. See the Booth & Table Terms below before booking.

DEPOSIT & BALANCE
• The price shown at checkout is a deposit only to secure your booth. Table upgrades require full payment upfront.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event.
• If the balance is not received by this date, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
• You will be contacted ahead of the payment due date to arrange payment of the balance.
• Booths are limited.
CANCELLATIONS
• All bookings are final. No refunds are given unless an event is cancelled or postponed, at which time you will also be offered a booking credit to another event or a refund.
ARRIVAL
• Event start time is 10pm.
• Tables and booths are held for 60 minutes only, after which they will be released without refund.
• If you intend to arrive at a specific time, please inform us ahead of time.
